Artisan Bread recipe list

I love my Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day cookbook. This year, one of my goals is to try several of the more varied recipes in it, like the egg breads and some of the ethnic versions.

It’s a great book, and has a ton of recipes both for specific types of bread, and of things you can do with the bread. I wish the contents were a little more organized (it’s hard to skim for just the bread recipes without getting lost in the sandwich and dip recipes), so I made my own list of the different bread doughs, with their page number and the primary flour(s) used in them. I didn’t get all crazy with the specific ingredients, but if I have some rye flour or whole wheat flour to use up, I can quickly glance here and know which new bread to try!
