Libbey Vibe Storage Jars

I love Libbey Vibe Storage Jars. I am in the process of converting as much of my kitchen storage as possible into these air-tight, stackable glass jars. As I do so, I will post roughly what each size jar will hold so that you will know which size to purchase to transform your own kitchen!

Amazon offers the 4 1/2-ounce jars as sets of twelve, but I found the cheapest price per dozen to be at Target online. I initially ordered three dozen, and they came well-packaged in the original Libbey box, then padded and put into a Target box. They were in perfect condition.

Amazon sells the larger size jars in sets of four. I am still waiting for mine, so I will update this when they arrive!

You can also get the larger sizes individually at The Container Store, but they are much more expensive. I bought three jars at my location to try them out, then ordered them in sets from Amazon.

Update: All of my larger sizes arrived from Amazon; none of them were broken. The original Libbey boxes that they come in are well-constructed, which probably accounts for their durability. They are nice enough that I am hanging on to them to pack the jars the next time we move.

Update again: Amazon now sells the 4 1/2-ounce jars for the same price as Target.

I love my Libbey Vibes. So does my very bad dog, who in the last week has counter surfed twice (he’s 9 and this is new behavior) and has removed only the lids of 2 of my jars and chewed up the gaskets. I need replacements…any ideas where to buy them?
